Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 200 g light brown sugar
- 195 g peanut butter
- 57 g earth balance
- 52 g shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 156 g all purpose flour
- 4 g baking soda
- 4 g salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Mix sugar, peanut butter, and fats until smooth.
- Add egg replacer and vanilla and mix again. Add other ingredients and mix to combine.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Flatten and imprint with crossed forks.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool on the sheet for several minutes to harden.
