Mother Teresa Cocktail

My favorite cocktail in the world.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz dark rum, preferably El Dorado 12 year
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth, preferably Carpano Antica
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
  • 1/4 oz peach schnapps

Instructions

  1. Stir. Serve on the rocks in a bucket. Finish with a flamed lemon peel.
