Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 splash vanilla (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix together, bring to a boil, and let boil until it almost boils over. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate overnight.
- Chill the the freezer for 15 minutes before making, then follow ice cream maker instructions (20-30 minutes).
