Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 187 g sugar
- 150 g brown sugar
- 192 g shortening or margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 280 g all purpose flour
- 5 g baking soda
- 6 g salt
- 225 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 370°.
- Cream together margarine and sugars. Add vanilla and egg replacer and mix. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until light brown.
Notes
- Half and half shortening and margarine works well.
